Sunday weather update: classes scheduled for 12:30pm and through the day will go ahead. Give yourself some extra time to get to the gym.

Sunday March 1: Due to the poor weather and snow overnight, Sunday morning classes are cancelled today. A decision will be made later on this morning regarding all other classes due to start at noon or later today.

Good luck to our athletes competing this weekend at ALTAmate in Halifax! Alta parking ALTAmate 2020 – Schedule Results Have a  great competition!!

Due to impending weather, the Island Gymnastics Academy will closing at 2:30 pm (Thursday, February 27). All classes from 2:30 pm on are cancelled.
