Good Luck to all of our athletes who are competing and training away this week.  Sharon, Micah, Paige, Alison, Sydney and Chelsea are travelling to Orlando, Florida to compete at the SandDollar Classic and C.J. and Parker are headed to Montreal for a National training camp.  Good Luck to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations to coaches C.J. Keliher, Alice Ma and Janice Hicks for completing their Level 3 Technical coaching certification last week.  The course was held the first week of January in Moncton, N.B.  Bill Rhoads, from Gymtrix located in North Bay, Ontario, was the course conductor.  Great JOB!!!!
