PD Day camps are back!

First one of the year is next Friday, October 10th.

Reminder to our members that IGA will be closed Tuesday, September 30 for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

September 15-21, 2025 is National Coaches Week, a time to celebrate the tremendous positive impact coaches have on athletes and communities across Canada. This week is an opportunity to recognize coaches for the integral role they play by simply saying #ThanksCoach.

DANCE OPEN HOUSE

We are hosting an open house for you to come try out your dance moves with Mystaya on Saturday, September 6th, from 3-5pm.

Join us in the South gym, located in the Royalty Center building, just down the hall from our main gym (staff will help you find it… just follow the balloons!). Drop in during your suitable time slot to explore some new and different styles of dance!

Schedule:

3:00-3:30 – Tiny Dance Jamboree (Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop) Ages 3-6

3:45-4:15 – Junior Dance (Ballet, Jazz) Ages 7-10

4:15-4:45 – Junior/Inter Dance (Hip Hop, Cirque)

4:45-5:00 – Inter Dance (Contemporary) Ages 12+

No experience required — Free entry!
