Sunday 5pm: As of tomorrow, Monday December 7, the gym will be closed for two weeks, as per the instructions of the Chief Public Health Office. We are sorry this is the case. We hope all our members and their families stay safe and we look forward hopefully to seeing you in two weeks time, fingers crossed.

All lip balm and bodysuit orders have arrived and will be distributed this week.  You will be contacted regarding pick up.

A reminder that starting tomorrow, Friday, face masks are mandatory when entering the gym. This is a provincial requirement for all public buildings.

Just to confirm, gymnasts do not train or have class with face masks on!

Coaches will continue to wear a mask when giving hands-on instruction and / or spotting gymnasts.

We appreciate everybody’s cooperation as we continue to move forward and provide programming during these COVID times.
