Online Registration is now open to all current members. Since we had to make significant cuts to our class sizes due to the new Covid protocols, many classes are already full so please register soon if you are looking for a spot in the fall term. Please note that online registration will open to the public on Monday August 24th at 8:00am.
The Island Gymnastics Academy will be hosting tryouts for the Girls Competitive
Program on Wednesday, August 26th.
If you are interested in having your child become a competitive gymnast and want to try
out, please register at gymnasticsacademygirls@gmail.com.
The cost for tryouts will be $10.00 which will be charged to your Amilia account.
If accepted there will be a 2 week trial period where the coach & athlete will determine if
this group is a good fit for your child. Your spot will be guaranteed should for any reason
your child wants or needs to be moved back.
This is an advanced structured program not suitable for every child. If your child is not
accepted at this tryout, it does NOT mean we will not pick them up later. We
assess our athletes on a regular basis and move then when they are ready.
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 26TH – TRY OUT TIMES
1:30-3:00 – AGE 5 & 6 (MICRO TUMBLERS)
3:30-5:00 – AGE 7
You will be contacted by e-mail on Thursday, August 27th with the results and
instructions of what group your child should be placed in.
