Open House!

Join us on Monday, October 13th, from 10am-12pm to try gymnastics, use our new Olympic-standard equipment, and enjoy demonstrations by some of our competitive gymnasts!

This is a perfect opportunity for your school-aged gymnast to bring a friend! They can learn what gymnastics is all about and give it a try for themselves.

PRESCHOOL OPEN HOUSE:

We will also be hosting an open house for Preschool-aged children on Thursday, October 16th from 11am-12pm. It will be a perfect time to let the little ones wander and discover new ways of movement!

PD Day camps are back!

First one of the year is next Friday, October 10th.

Reminder to our members that IGA will be closed Tuesday, September 30 for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

September 15-21, 2025 is National Coaches Week, a time to celebrate the tremendous positive impact coaches have on athletes and communities across Canada. This week is an opportunity to recognize coaches for the integral role they play by simply saying #ThanksCoach.
