Congratulations to the Island Gymnastics Academy girls who competed at the Taiso Cup in Nova Scotia this weekend.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls! Do you find it hard to confess your passion and love for gymnastics to others? Does your dedication to the sport make others call you “obsessed”? Us too! Canadian Gymnastics Week presents the 2nd Annual CGW Photo Contest! Share your love for the sport with a photo and catchy caption on why Gymnastics is your Passion!
We encourage you to get as creative as possible with your photos while showcasing your gymnastics skills! Your submission will represent your club. The winner will be the photo with the most “likes” and will be announced on February 15th, 2015 on our Facebook page. The grand prize for the winning picture is: 1 stay, for 1 person, at the largest specialized summer camp in acrobatics and gymnastics in Canada – GymRep! See CGW website for details. Banner to hang in your club! The winning picture will be used in the 2016 CGW Poster.

Contest Rules and Regulations

Contest opens at midnight on February 7th, 2015. Submissions are to be made by posting a photo with caption and your club affiliation featuring a gymnastics movement on the Canadian Gymnastics Week Facebook Page. Pictures will be taken down if posted before February 7th. Contest closes at midnight on February 14th, 2015. Individuals, groups or clubs may submit as many photos as they would like. Remember to show your club affiliation! GCG reserves the right to take a picture down if it is not appropriate. All participants must consent to have their picture posted on Facebook. GCG reserves the rights to any photos posted on their Facebook page. Participation constitutes unconditional agreement to the rules and regulations.
