Good Luck to the Academy girls who will be competing on Sunday in the first of three trials to select the 2015 Canada Games Team!!  The competition is taking place at the Island Gymnastics Academy on Sunday morning at 8:00 am.  Come out and support our athletes!!!

Pre-School Re-registration

Re-registration is now taking place  for current members who signed up for the 8 week term and would like to continue for remaining 9 weeks. ( January 18th)
 After October 23rd those on the waiting list will be contacted to fill the class.
The fees that follow are for those already in the program:
Bouncing Babies     $77
Kinder gym             $85
Tiny Tots                  $94

Provincial Training Camp

A great time was had by Island gymnasts this past weekend at the Provincial Training Camp in Summerside. We had a special guest coach, Kelly Thompson. Kelly has been an athlete, coach and official in Artistic Gymnastics for over 35 years. He is a Level 4 NCCP Artistic Men’s Coach, Level 3 Trampoline Coach, Level 1 and 2 NCCP Course Conductor, and an International Category 2 Brevet Judge. He is currently a gymnastics lecturer at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia.
